We had a terribly dilapidated roof on our front porch and a couple places where we suspected there were leaks. Ryan was the first to respond to our inquiry to several roofers and came out the same day to look and provide a very reasonable estimate. His crew arrived the next day and got to work. As it turned out, they discovered some additional repairs. Ryan offered to do them at the original quote, but as owners of a 100-year-old house, we're accustomed to unexpected repairs. We agreed on a new price that was still reasonable for us and allowed Ryan to earn some profit. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and we're delighted with the results. Ryan kept us informed throughout and made several visits to make sure we were happy with the work. We'll be calling him again next time we need repairs/improvements!
