RM Construction did a great job replacing my siding and gutters. We have a nice home in Iowa City and they made it even better. They were on schedule, communicated well, and the quality really shows. But what stood out most was when one of the guys noticed my dog had slipped out the gate, they gently got her back in and secured it without saying a word. Incredibly HONEST and CARING people. HIGHLY recommend!!! 10 stars ALL AROUND!

What a transformation! It almost doesn't look like the same place! I can't commend the amazing, funny and sweet laborers from RM Construction enough. They were all an absolute joy and tolerated my one million questions kindly. They worked tirelessly and completed this in just 3½ days. Ryan, the owner, has been great to work with and was very patient, flexible, responsive and honest throughout the entire process. I will DEFINITELY be hiring them again for the next renovation.

I enjoyed working with Ryan. He is very honest with his pricing. His work is excellent. He replaced some trim on my siding and matched the paint color so well, you can't even tell it had been replaced. If you want an honest contractor with reasonable prices, give RM Contractor a call.

My house and garage needed the roofs and gutters torn off and replaced, and Ryan and crew did a great job! RM's pricing was fair — his quote was much more reasonable than some of the larger companies that advertise on TV. Ryan was extremely quick, prompt, and responsive with his communication from beginning to end. His crew was friendly and professional, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. The experience was a "10/10."
